About
I’ve built my career across some of the world’s biggest and most influential PR agencies and independent consultancies, working at the intersection of strategy, creativity and storytelling.
I started my communications career in the health teams at Edelman and Ogilvy, working on global communications programmes. There, I learnt the importance of trusted client relationships and how to turn complex, sensitive information into campaigns at scale.
At Portland Communications, I explored how communications and public affairs intersect. I was often drawn to developing the ‘front end’ of a new business pitch or project, and soon learnt how much I loved uncovering insights and crafting campaign platforms. This led to a move from Account Director in Health to Associate Creative Director in the agency's central strategy, research, analytics and creativity hub. There, I worked across diverse corporate affairs briefs across health, technology and other regulated sectors.
I later joined Arc Bio Communications, where I led strategic creativity across the business, helping leading innovation companies shape their positioning and corporate narratives.
Alongside my agency career, I have an MA in Creative Writing from Birkbeck, University of London, gaining a Distinction in 2022. It sharpened my craft as a storyteller and complements years of professional writing experience spanning narratives, advertising copy, brand messaging and video scripts.
My approach is grounded in the belief that the best ideas don’t come from one individual alone; they emerge in teams. As an experienced facilitator and qualified teacher, I design bespoke creative thinking workshops that bring different perspectives together, challenge established thinking and help teams get somewhere new.

I bring fresh perspective, constructive challenge and creative thinking to help you uncover new possibilities
How I can support you

When your organisation is facing a complex challenge, established ways of thinking can make it difficult to see a new way forward.
I bring fresh perspective, constructive challenge and creative thinking to help you uncover new possibilities, whether you need to sharpen your positioning, develop a compelling narrative, generate ideas or bring clarity to a complicated brief.
For me, creativity is the process of developing original ideas that have value. It isn’t added ‘sparkle’ at the end of the ‘serious thinking’; it is the serious thinking. It’s what helps organisations remain relevant, distinctive and connected to the people who matter to them.
I don’t simply disappear and return with a finished creative platform, narrative or script. I work collaboratively with you and your team, creating the conditions for different perspectives to emerge and stronger ideas to take shape.
The result is thinking that feels fresh, has genuine value for your organisation and belongs to the people who will bring it to life.
